We strive to provide products to all our customers at the lowest price possible. Hence, we follow a strict fix rate for all items policy. If you wish to receive discounts, consider becoming a GlamGirl member and we'll be sharing discount coupons/promotions from time to time as applicable.
We recommend checking all products thoroughly in the presence of GlamGirl staff before confirming a purchase. You acknowledge that if you fail to do so, and are subsequently unhappy with the product, GlamGirl will not be able to help you. GlamGirl will make all efforts in good faith (at its sole discretion) to help you in this unfortunate event.
Refund
We are not able to refund any type of payments including but not limited to cash, online payments. If you're eligible for a refund of a product, our staff will guide you and help you compensate your refunds with another equivalent purchase. If you don't wish to purchase immediately, they might be able to refund you an equivalent voucher associated with your GlamGirl profile. Please contact our staff to understand your options at the time of refund.
Guarantee
Unless otherwise expressed, GlamGirl expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
While we try to source the best quality clothes for our customers continuously, we are not able to provide any guarantee for cloth material including but not limited to color, khadi, prints, zari, silk, etc.
Responsible Use (Washing, Drying, Ironing)
Please keep in mind that certain fabrics can be very delicate; garments need to be treated with the finest care. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the best care while washing, drying, and ironing the clothes. GlamGirl cannot be held responsible for damages that are caused by personal wear and/or wear and tear that is caused from use or overuse. To be clear, we do not cover damage caused by a personal accident, improper care (i.e., excessive/improper washing, ironing, dry cleaning, or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Recommendations
Drying
Dry-cleaning your garments regularly is not recommended. Most dry cleaners use harmful chemicals and agents that destroy or break down the fabric, thereby diminishing performance and durability. Choose professional dry cleaners if you have to. Wrinkle free garments should not be dry-cleaned.
Drying clothes in harsh sunlight might damage the cloth & its color. Prefer cool shade. Any type of squeezing or twisting might damage the garment.
Washing
Don't wash the garments with bleach, starch, or any chloride-based liquids. Always use mild detergents containing non-chloride bleaching agents. Don't attempt to spot or remove severe stains on the clothing material.
Preferably hand wash the delicate garments (khadi, zari, etc.) inside out with all buttons and zippers fastened. Don't use brush on such materials. Bandhani & Batik suits, or dark colored clothes should be washed separately.
Ironing
Don't press the cloth directly with a hot iron. Use a fine damp cloth while ironing. Temperature should not exceed 105 C.
Iron clothes with a warm setting rather than hot. Steam iron is preferred.
Alterations
We’re confident that you will be thrilled with your alterations. We understand, however, that sometimes an alteration may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to alterations, timelines, and subsequent alterations to correct original alterations.
GlamGirl performs an alteration and/or a tailoring service without any charge to customer, the customer clearly understands that there is a risk associated with tailoring a garment, since tailoring a garment involves subjective work and there is no objective way to measure the quality and satisfaction related to an alteration, from start to finish. The customer understands that GlamGirl may alter and/or tailor a garment such that the customer could be unhappy with the final result for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: the resulting garment (following an alteration) is deemed unalterable, damaged or unfixable. In any of these aforementioned events, GlamGirl will not provide a refund or exchange under any circumstances. In the event that a garment is deemed unalterable, defective or damaged by a customer following GlamGirl work on a garment, GlamGirl will not provide a refund or exchange and will not replace the garment or compensate the customer for the replacement cost or resale value of the garment. However, in the event of an unfavorable situation, the Company will make best faith efforts (at its sole discretion) to try to remedy it. If you are unhappy for any reason, we are 100% committed to working with you to achieve a solution.
Our expected timeline for completing alterations from start to finish is 1 to 2 weeks depending on our current volume. While we do our best to meet this expected timeframe, timing is subject to change (without notice) based on a range of factors that are sometimes outside of our control. Even if there is a material delay in the timeframe with respect to a client alteration, refunds and/or cancelations are not permitted under any circumstance. Glam Girl (at its sole discretion) will make best faith efforts to remedy any unfavorable situations and make things right.
Upon receiving your tailored garments, it is your sole responsibility to inspect your garments and report any damages or defects to a member of our staff.
If the customer, for any reason, does not want a sensitive area to be addressed, then it is the customer’s sole responsibility to voice his/her concerns with the GlamGirl staff prior to or at any time during the fitting. We are committed to promoting a completely safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
If a second round of alterations is required in the above instance, GlamGirl reserves the right to charge the customer for the additional alterations.
Exchange / Refunds
The purchase bill and original price tag is required for the exchange.
The garment should be in good condition, unused and free from perfume and other odors before it can be exchanged.
Exchange of garment is only allowed once that too within 2 days from the date of purchase. Exchange time is 1-4pm.
In case of an exchange, a refund will not be provided. Customers are allowed to exchange a similar value or high value items by paying the difference amount.
Because each garment is subjectively tailored, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns for any alterations that have been performed by GlamGirl regardless of the client’s level of satisfaction.
